Fees at Riverside Counselling are in accordance with the recommended fee schedule of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Please visit http://bc-counsellors.org/choose-a-counsellor/fee-schedule/ for more information.

Email reminders of your appointment time are provided. Please note that 24 hours is required for cancelled appointments otherwise full fee is applied.

Extended Health Care
We are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC #11844, #11975, #19287) and our services are often reimbursed by extended health plans (Blue Cross, Sunlife, Manulife, Great West Life, etc.). Please check with your benefit provider to determine eligibility.

Employee and Family Assistance Program Coverage
Riverside Counselling is an affiliate counsellor with Morneau Shepell EAP and Family Services Employee Assistance Programs. Check with your employer to see if they provide EAP coverage for short-term, solution focused counselling sessions. For more details please visit: Employee and family assistance programs

Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP)
CVAP assists victims, immediate family members and witnesses in the wake of violent crime to support healthy coping. Riverside Counselling is an approved provider of CVAP services.
