Carrie
Book Nowmy approach
Carrie Bove works from a strength-based approach that focuses on finding each person’s inner knowledge, power, and solutions. She uses a narrative based philosophy while adding elements of existential psychology, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. Each psychological and therapeutic technique is tailored to each individual person. Emphasis is placed on a holistic view that encourages balance in mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
